Components
1.Anterior- Front part of Body
2.Posterior- Back part of body
3.Superior- Refers to Head
4.Inferior- Refers to foot
5.Midline- Bilateral symmetry if a body is divisible into two equal halves left and right halves 
6.Medial - Positions toward the midline
7.Lateral- Positions away from midline
Reference is Elbow Joint in Upper limb 
8.Proximal-Shoulder joint (upper part)
9.Distal- away from Elbow joint
10.Deep- furthest from surface
11.Superficial-Closest to the surface
